✈️ International Customs & Import Duties

  • Worldwide Reach: We ship to almost every corner of the globe. In the rare case that courier restrictions prevent delivery to your specific zip/postal code, our support team will notify you promptly and issue an immediate full refund.

  • Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local import fees assessed by your destination country. These charges are determined by local governments and remain the responsibility of the recipient. MERRYOVA has no control over these policies.

🔍 Tracking & Delivery Guidelines

Once your order leaves our fulfillment facility, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email & SMS containing your direct tracking link. 📲

  • 🕒 Tracking Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan the package and update real-time transit milestones.

  • 📦 Split Shipments: To ensure the fastest possible delivery, multi-item orders containing different product types may ship in separate packages from our closest fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking links for each parcel at no additional shipping cost.

  • 📍 Address Accuracy: Please double-check your street address, apartment/suite number, and contact phone number at checkout. MERRYOVA is not liable for delayed or returned deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping details.
